Develop detailed execution plans for all finishing works (walls, ceilings, flooring, joinery, etc).

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for finishes.

Prepare look-ahead schedules and track progress against the master program.

Supervise daily site activities related to finishing trades.

Ensure proper sequencing of works and resolve site constraints proactively.

Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and resource utilization.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and workmanship standards.

Enforce strict quality control procedures for all finishing works.

Review mock-ups and ensure approval before mass production.

Identify and rectify defects, snags, and non-conformities.

Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.

Ensure all finishing activities comply with HSE regulations.

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices.

Report and mitigate any safety hazards related to finishing works.

Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.

Attend progress meetings and provide updates on finishing works.

Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
