Role & responsibilities

• Site Management & Execution: Supervise daily on-site operations for structural elements (e.g., RC frames, foundations, blockwork) to ensure they strictly adhere to approved blueprints and specifications.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct regular inspections, material testing, and formwork/reinforcement checks. Enforce quality standards and issue non-conformance reports (NCRs) when necessary.
• Dubai Compliance: Ensure all building codes, environmental regulations, and Dubai Municipality/Dubai Development Authority (DDA) guidelines are met throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Technical Oversight: Interpret and review design drawings, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and resolve design conflicts with practical, immediate site solutions.
• Resource & Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate site diaries, daily progress reports (DPRs), and construction logs. Ensure materials are ordered and delivered without causing project delays.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforce site safety and health regulations (e.g., PPE compliance, formwork safety) to maintain a hazard-free work environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Local Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of UAE-specific experience, particularly with high-rise structures or G+20 (Ground + 20 floors) and above projects.
• Technical Software: Proficiency in CAD, HVAC, Primavera, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and structural analysis/ERP software.
• Certifications: Membership in the Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred
