Roles & Responsibilities
We're Hiring: Construction Manager high-rise projects experience What You'll Do Lead day-to-day construction across multiple sites Drive execution aligned with design, safety, and timelines Coordinate with consultants, contractors & stakeholders Oversee planning, WBS, phasing & resource allocation Manage contracts, variations, and contractor performance Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations & HSE standards Lead snagging, handover & project close-out

Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For 10+ years in construction (5+ in senior site leadership) Strong UAE/GCC project experience Background in high-end developments (residential/mixed-use/hospitality) Expertise in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCA Proven ability to deliver projects on time & within budget
