Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (MBA or PMP is a strong plus).

Experience: 15+ years in Construction, with at least 5-7 years in a Senior Leadership role.

Portfolio: Proven experience in Malls, Hotels, or Hospitality projects is mandatory.

Leadership Traits: Exceptional ability to lead change, mentor junior engineers, and manage the "people" side of construction.

Technical Proficiency: Mastery of project management software, cost control methods, and local building codes.
