Site Monitoring & Daily Operations

Take daily updates from site engineers on work progress, manpower, machinery, and material status.

Monitor material stock, consumption, and requirements; ensure timely supply to each site.

Track daily progress versus targets and analyze delays; prepare corrective action plans.

Issue Resolution

Handle and resolve site issues including materials, machinery, labor, hindrances, drawings, and approvals.

Ensure smooth operations and immediate escalation of critical concerns.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and submit daily progress reports, consumption reports, and material requirement sheets.

Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and timelines.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with internal departments like Procurement, Accounts, HR, Transport, and Machinery.

Give daily reminders to management regarding pending approvals, decisions, materials, and payments.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols at all project sites.

Track project timelines to ensure work is completed within the scheduled duration.

Contractor & Resource Management

Maintain coordination with contractors, verify work quantities, and assist in billing verification.

Monitor machinery utilization, fuel consumption, and overall site productivity.

Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability across site teams.

Qualification & Skills

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering.

10 15 years of experience in road construction (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of construction materials, quality standards, and project monitoring.

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple sites and work efficiently under pressure.
