Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) is highly regarded.
- Experience in the specific type of construction (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial) relevant to the projects managed.
