Role & responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage construction activities from mobilization to project handover.
  
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, supervisors, and site engineers.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
  
• Monitor daily progress, control manpower, materials, and equipment resources.
  
• Review IFC drawings and resolve site technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.
  
• Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
  
• Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.
  
• Control project costs, approve site measurements, and verify subcontractor bills.
  
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities.
  
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly progress reports.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.E.

• Experience: Minimum 15 to 25 years
  
• Preferred Background: All candidates must have experience in Civil, Industrial and Commercial building

• Gulf Experience is Mandatory
