Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities for substation projects, including cable laying, panel erection, and transmission line works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in substation construction management (132KV & 400KV) or related fields such as cable laying, CABLING projects, LT distribution systems.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in relevant field (Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering).
- Strong understanding of EHV/Electrical Engineering principles and practices.
