Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline project execution and address any design discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce safety regulations to minimize workplace hazards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resources, and milestones, adjusting strategies as necessary to adapt to changing conditions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, showcasing expertise in managing complex projects.
Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly desirable for professional credibility.
Experience with commercial and residential projects is preferred, demonstrating versatility across different types of construction.
