Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare progress reports and address project risks proactively
- Oversee subcontractor performance and resource allocation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Saudi building codes and safety standards preferred
