Our client, one of the top five Tier One main contractors, is seeking a strong>Construction Manager/strong> to oversee the delivery of a landmark infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.

strong>Key Responsibilities/strong>

• strong>Project Leadership:/strong> Assume full responsibility for day-to-day site management, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved design, specifications, schedule, and budget.

• strong>Programme Management: /strong>Develop, monitor, and control the construction programme to achieve milestones and completion targets. Anticipate and mitigate potential delays through proactive planning and resource management.

• strong>Stakeholder Interface:/strong> Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.

• strong>Resource Allocation:/strong> Lead the deployment of labour, plant, and materials across work fronts to maximise productivity and maintain cost efficiency.

• strong>Quality Assurance:/strong> Enforce strict adherence to international quality standards and company procedures, implementing robust inspection and testing regimes.

• strong>Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):/strong> Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies. Proactively manage risk, lead safety briefings, and conduct audits to achieve zero-incident performance.

• strong>Contract & Commercial Awareness/strong>: Monitor project budgets, support commercial teams with claims and variations, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.

• strong>Team Leadership:/strong> Mentor and develop site engineers, supervisors, and other staff, fostering a collaborative environment and driving a culture of performance excellence.

• strong>Reporting: /strong>Provide accurate and timely reports on progress, risks, resource utilisation, and cost forecasts to senior management and the client.
