Roles & Responsibilities


The Construction Manager will oversee the execution of Oil & Gas EPC projects, focusing on cross-country pipeline construction. The role involves managing site activities from IFC to project handover, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO standards, quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage construction from IFC to project handover.
  • Oversee pipeline, piping, structural, civil, E&I, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project scope, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
  • Manage resources, subcontractors, and site activities efficiently.
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and project control teams.
  • Prepare construction plans, monitor progress, and report to Project Manager.
  • Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have an Engineering Degree
  • 15 years of construction mana g er experience and Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas & EPC Projects (Cross Country Pipelines) .
  • Experience inARAMCO Oil & Gas or Construction industry is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and coordinationwith PMT, engineering, QA/QC, and client representatives.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressureand maintain project quality & timeliness.
  • Strong reporting and documentationskills (daily, weekly progress reports).
