Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
Supervise project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects are executed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
Ensure strict adherence to local regulations and labor laws.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in a relevant construction management role.
Regional Experience: Proven experience managing projects specifically in Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra regions (strict requirement).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and make strategic decisions.
