Experience Required: 10 15 Years (UAE & Native Experience)
The ideal candidate must be capable of leading site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring project delivery within time, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
10 15 years of relevant experience in the UAE & Native.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of handling large civil projects.
