Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with specialized expertise in roofing systems and a minimum of 15 years of experience to lead projects across the GCC Countries (especially in KSA). The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.


  • Lead and manage roofing construction projects from inception to completion

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, municipal regulations, and safety standards

  • Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards

  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management

  • Control project budgets, costs, and procurement processes

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans

  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues

  • Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including engineers and supervisors

  • Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies in line with KSA regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with strong expertise in standing seam roofing systems

Valid and transferable Iqama is required.

Proven track record managing large-scale roofing projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)

In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (waterproofing, insulation, membranes, metal roofing, etc.)

Strong understanding of Saudi codes, standards, and authority requirements

Fluency in Arabic and in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • Experience working in KSA or GCC countries

  • Knowledge of contract management

  • Experience with high-rise, industrial, or mega projects
