Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure seamless operational readiness.
  • Manage integrated workflows across MEP disciplines, coordinating closely with design teams, contractors, and site personnel to resolve technical and logistical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all MEP works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout construction and commissioning phases.
  • Supervise multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor work status and mitigate risks.
  • Provide timely and detailed progress reports, challenges, and recommendations to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate smooth handover and commissioning processes, ensuring all MEP systems are fully functional and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years experience in construction management, with at least 3 years serving as Construction Manager specifically in MEP scope.
  • Proven expertise in managing the delivery and commissioning of complex MEP systems in luxury hotel or resort projects.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse technical teams effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory compliance related to MEP construction.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating complex project challenges.
