Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise mining and development work.
  • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and the quality of the work carried out.
  • Ensure the implementation and monitoring of safety instructions and mining regulations.
  • Supervise and coordinate teams in the field (workers, technicians, subcontractors).
  • Control the optimal use of available equipment, materials and resources.
  • Monitor progress of work, prepare reports and propose solutions
  • Knowledge of safety standards, mining and site management.
  • Team management and planning skills.
  • Engineering or higher technician diploma in mining engineering, public works or equivalent.
  • Rigor, organizational skills and ability to work in difficult conditions.
