Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and Saudi building codes, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, fostering strong working relationships to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any conflicts efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against these baselines, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and regulations, and promptly addressing any non-compliance issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.

  • Holds a professional certification such as PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

  • Requires a minimum of 13 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

  • Demonstrates extensive experience in the Saudi construction industry, with a deep understanding of local regulations, codes, and construction practices.
