Construction Manager with Road Infrastructure experience City Construction General Contracting

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications and understand its scope and requirements.

• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and client representatives during all phases of construction.

• Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project plans and timelines.

• Direct site supervisors, subcontractors, and construction personnel.

• Monitor progress and performance against project milestones and KPIs.

• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may affect timelines or quality.

• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.

• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Approve variations and change orders in coordination with the project team and client.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks. • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with quality standards and local building codes.

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site audits.

• Coordinate third-party inspections and certifications as required

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

• Maintain accurate project documentation including drawings, submittals and logs
