Follow up the whole process of experience store construction, including coordinating with construction teams, suppliers and internal departments (such as operations, design), tracking project progress, resolving on-site problems in a timely manner, and ensuring the store is completed and put into use as scheduled.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on the decoration and opening process through project management methods, ensuring compliance with the schedule and quality standards.
• Manage the whole lifecycle of store terminal materials, including formulating material demand plans based on store opening schedule and operation needs, selecting qualified suppliers, negotiating procurement terms, and ensuring materials (such as display racks, promotional posters, product brochures) are delivered to stores on time.
• Conduct quality inspection on terminal materials upon delivery, verify whether the materials meet design standards and quality requirements, and coordinate with suppliers to handle unqualified products (such as return, replacement) promptly.
