Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all mechanical aspects of commercial concrete construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with concrete structures.
Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for mechanical works.
Ensure all mechanical installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of mechanical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems in a timely manner.
