Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-value construction projects in the UAE. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage day-to-day project execution for commercial, residential, and high-rise developments.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and UAE regulations.
- Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and audits.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and contractual obligations.
- Implement risk management and change control processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project planning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / MS Office.
- PMP certification required / strongly preferred; RMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in UAE preferred.
