About the Role

A leading multinational construction company is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing mid to large-scale civil construction projects, with strong expertise in UAE authority regulations, permitting, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, execution, and handover in line with client requirements.
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, approvals, and handover.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, resource allocations, and cost forecasts.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Conduct regular site visits, chair coordination meetings, and provide progress updates to management.
• Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Mentor and guide project staff, including site engineers and construction managers.
• Prepare detailed project reports covering progress, resources, delays, and budgets.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead recruitment efforts for project staffing when required.
