Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the project team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the real estate development sector.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
