About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
