Job Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction projects.

• Manage on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to keep timelines and budgets on track.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale commercial or residential projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.

• Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
