Roles & Responsibilities

Main missions:
Reporting to the General Management and member of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing strategy for all product ranges (Hydraulics Sanitation, Drinking Water, Construction and Electrical Components). Your role will consist of structuring and energizing the teams with a view to performance, sustainable growth and the transformation of commercial opportunities. Responsibilities: Sales strategy and sales development: - Define and deploy the multi-activity sales and marketing strategy across the national territory - Contribute to improving the conversion rate of existing commercial opportunities - Identify high-potential market segments and propose targeted actions to address them - Manage profitability analysis by range, channel and customer type, in order to guide commercial efforts - Ensure competitive and sectoral monitoring to optimally position offers - Support teams in analyzing customer needs, formulating offers and commercial negotiation Team management and operational performance: - Manage and lead a team of around 20 employees spread across the Sales, Prescription and Marketing divisions - Set clear, ambitious and achievable objectives, in line with the company's overall strategy - Structure internal processes to strengthen the quality of offers, the relevance of prices and efficiency field actions - Strengthen team skills through targeted training, coaching and personalized support - Implement transformation-oriented performance KPIs - Collaborate closely with the Production, Logistics and Finance departments to ensure overall consistency between the offer, deadlines and margins Prescription and influence: - Manage the prescription strategy with key players in the sector (design offices, project managers, communities, etc.) - Strengthen strategic partnerships with market influencers to secure the presence of products in calls for tender - Develop the company's image and its footprint in projects with high technical value Contribution to governance and corporate strategy: - Actively participate in strategic decisions within the Executive Committee (CODIR) - Contribute to medium and long-term development thinking (diversification, product innovation, continuous improvement)


- Ensure regular and relevant reporting to senior management, based on quantitative and qualitative performance indicators. Required profile: - Higher education in business, engineering or equivalent (Bac+5) - Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a strategic sales role in the construction, hydraulics or electricity sector - Significant experience in managing multidisciplinary teams - Strong results orientation, ability to transform existing opportunities into concrete business - Mastery of prescription issues, strategic pricing and operational marketing - Natural leadership, sense of analysis and decision-making, taste for demanding technical environments - Excellent communication and influence skills, both internally and externally
