Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations, proactively managing on-site challenges.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, providing clear direction, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely completion of their work packages within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects, maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budget and expenses, track costs, and identify areas for cost savings while maintaining quality and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction principles and practices.

  • Hold a minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering civil projects.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints, ensuring accurate project execution.

  • Possess a valid certification such as OSHA 30 or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to safety and workplace regulations.
