Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Construction Execution
  • Supervise day-to-day fabrication yard activities including:
    • Structural fabrication
    • Fit-up and welding
    • Assembly and erection of modules/jackets
    • Outfitting and pre-commissioning activities
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and procedures.
2. Planning & Work Coordination
  • Coordinate with planning team to execute work as per schedule.
  • Ensure availability of:
    • Drawings (latest revisions)
    • Materials
    • Manpower and equipment
  • Prepare daily and weekly work plans.
3. Productivity & Resource Management
  • Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure efficient deployment of manpower, tools, and equipment.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks affecting progress.
4. Quality Compliance
  • Ensure fabrication activities comply with:
    • Project specifications
    • Approved WPS/PQR
    • QA/QC procedures
  • Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and clearances.
  • Address quality issues and ensure rectification.
5. Safety Management
  • Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Ensure safe working practices in all yard activities (lifting, welding, blasting, etc.).
  • Report and manage incidents and near misses.
