Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all construction operations in the modular fabrication yard, including structural, piping, mechanical, and fabrication works.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.

  • Supervise and guide construction workmen, foremen, and subcontractors.

  • Monitor daily progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.

  • Liaise with engineering, planning, procurement, and quality control teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, fabrication, and installation processes (oil & gas industry, Offshore)

  • 12-15 years of experience in oil & gas construction or industrial projects
