Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all mechanical aspects of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors, providing clear direction, resolving on-site conflicts, and ensuring timely execution of work within approved budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor mechanical work progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and schematics, offering technical guidance and clarification to site teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate installation and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Holds relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent mechanical or construction-related certifications. Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction, with a strong focus on industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects. Exhibits a strong understanding of international mechanical codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO), along with applicable safety and quality regulations.
