Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, managing their performance and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address safety issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare and maintain detailed construction schedules, adjusting timelines and resources as required to meet project deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, showcasing a deep understanding of site management.
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA, PMP, or LEED, demonstrating a commitment to safety and project management excellence.
- Experience in commercial or residential construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
