Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, and fixtures, ensuring adherence to safety codes and blueprints for optimal functionality.
  • Lay tile, brick, or other masonry materials with precision, creating durable and aesthetically pleasing surfaces according to design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions to restore power and ensure safe operation.
  • Prepare surfaces for tiling or bricklaying, including leveling, waterproofing, and applying mortar or adhesive for a strong bond.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant trade certification or license, such as an electrician's license or a certified tile installer credential, showcasing professional qualifications.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical work, tile setting, or bricklaying.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of relevant building codes and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and safe work practices.
