Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate various hand and power tools with precision, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Follow blueprints and building plans to complete tasks accurately, ensuring the structural integrity of the project.
- Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials, demonstrating stamina and strength on the job.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational education for understanding construction principles.
- Valid construction safety certification, such as OSHA, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on work experience in construction or a related field, showcasing practical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, crucial for executing construction plans accurately.
