Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, focusing on ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to achieve company targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company products and expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with ACP or building materials.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
