Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks:
- Facilitating framing workshops with the professional teams
- Gather, analyze and formalize business needs
- Write the functional specifications and user stories
- Produce the statement of requirements, the migration strategy, the process mapping, the test plan, and the user guides.
- To act as the interface between the Business Unit and the Health Tribe
- Structure, prioritize and manage the product backlog in coordination with the IT teams
- Follow the action plans and milestones of the merger/migration project, and identify and anticipate risks.
- Participate in the acceptance testing phases, correct anomalies, and provide training and support for deployment.
- Produce reports and track migration indicators
Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience in health insurance (mandatory)
- Experience in digital transformation and IT system evolution
- Experience in data merger and migration projects
- Mastery of health insurance processes and a good understanding of IT architectures
- Excellent skills in action planning and facilitating professional workshops
- Priority management and cross-functional coordination
- Functional leadership, autonomy, analytical mind, results orientation, clear communication
