Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a consultant, you will work with key accounts on high-impact strategic and operational projects, whether digital, organizational, cultural, or business-related, such as:
Business Transformation
- Strategic plan : define new operational models, analyze disruptions and develop strategic plans.
- R organizations : to carry out organizational diagnoses, design new structures and support social issues.
- Operational performance : deploying optimization and efficiency strategies, and cost reduction strategies.
- Post-Merger Integration : prepare and manage merger, carve-out or dismantling projects, from risk/opportunity identification to deployment (organization, leadership, culture).
- Governance : implement governance models that optimize decision-making chains.
Change Management
- Audit : to carry out maturity and impact assessments of the change.
- Strategic plan : develop support strategies adapted to the client's context.
- Communication : designing and leading communication and engagement initiatives.
- Coaching & training : supporting managers in their transformation posture (coaching, workshops, co-development) and leaders in their sponsorship of transformation programs.
- Monitoring: to manage, measure and anchor the results over time.
You will also be required to get involved in the internal life of the firm, on various topics:
- The development or strengthening of our offerings / the analysis of current innovations and challenges.
- Developing new opportunities through responses to calls for tenders and commercial proposals.
- The team's publication policy (writing articles, presenting sector-specific analyses, studies, white papers, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree from a top engineering or business school, ideally with 3-5 years of successful experience in consulting or organizational transformation.
You have an affinity for the challenges related to data and AI, an ability to quickly develop skills on these subjects and are enthusiastic about the idea of supporting our clients in seizing opportunities.
