Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

· Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

· Help and provide product information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Product Knowledge:

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our furniture product range, features, benefits, and pricing.

· Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, guiding them through various options based on their preferences and requirements.

Sales Support:

· Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that align with their design preferences, space limitations, and budget.

· Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth sales processes, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities

Order Processing:

· Help customers navigate the order placement process, ensuring accurate item selection, sizing, and customization options.

· Input customer orders accurately into the system and coordinate with the backend team to ensure timely fulfillment.

Visual Merchandising:

· Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized shop floor by arranging furniture displays and maintaining proper product placement.

· Keep the shop floor clean, well-stocked, and visually attractive always.

Problem Resolution:

· Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate higher-ups when necessary.

· Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve problems, aiming to exceed customer expectations.

Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with fellow associates and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

· Shared insights and feedback from customer interactions to contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.

Store Operations:

· Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and communicating stock levels to management.

· Support in-store events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

1-2 years, preferably Retail Experienced

Work Location - Sharjah

Working days - 6 days, 1 day off

Working hours - 8 hours
