Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly accomplished Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join a leading private healthcare provider in Dubai. This is a Tier 1 consultant-level opportunity, offering exposure to a high-acuity emergency department serving a diverse, international patient population.
The role is suited for a senior clinician with strong expertise in acute care, resuscitation, and emergency department leadership, within a well-established multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert care in a high-volume Emergency Department
- Manage a broad spectrum of acute and critical cases, including trauma and resuscitation
- Lead clinical decision-making in complex emergency scenarios
- Supervise and support junior medical staff and emergency teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialties across the hospital
- Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development of emergency care pathways and protocols
Desired Candidate Profile
Tier 1 qualification in Emergency Medicine (US Board, CCT, CCST, Australian/NZ Fellowship or equivalent)
Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Proven experience at Consultant level in high-volume emergency departments
Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage complex and high-acuity patient presentations
