Overview
During your tenure as a Consultants in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
Understand Client Strategies and be able to formulate AI and data strategy to align with business value
Ability to assess as is AI and Data client capabilities against best practices
Ability to draw a target state for the client and roadmap to reach that target
Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience
Understand the client s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
Conducts research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client s needs
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
Recognize technology as a business enabler
Applies experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promotes their use through knowledge sharing
Ability to define data needs and source, cleanse, structure and store data to create the foundation for sustained management and business integration
Ability to understand Data Governance and Data Management practices and capabilities and apply them
Is aware of relevant technology applications for data modeling and analysis and learns new technology applications to support presentations

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in AI, Data and Analytics is a must
2 years of experience in Consulting is a plus
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
Strong understanding and appreciation of software development and database design
Knowledge of data analysis tools, techniques and programming languages, such as R, Python, and Tensorflow is a plus
Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours
Willingness to travel (required)
Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
