Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions :
- Gather and analyze business needs (insurance / finance)
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Write out the statements of requirements and functional specifications.
- Modeling business processes
- To act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Participate in the acceptance testing phases (functional testing / UAT)
- Track anomalies and validate fixes
- Contribute to change management (user support, documentation)
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile:
- Higher education (engineering school, business school or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Significant experience on projects with a strong financial component
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Autonomy and ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Required skills:
- Expertise Assurance (indispensable)
- Financial expertise (essential criterion)
- Writing functional specifications
- Workshop facilitation and process modeling
- Knowledge of recipe cycles and UAT
- Change management and documentation
