Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide spectrum of hematological disorders, including anemias, leukemias, lymphomas, and bleeding disorders, providing expert clinical care.
- Interpret complex laboratory results, such as peripheral blood smears, bone marrow biopsies, and flow cytometry, to guide diagnosis and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and blood product transfusions.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures like bone marrow aspirations and biopsies, ensuring patient comfort and procedural accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
MD or equivalent medical degree with specialization in Hematology.
Completion of accredited residency and fellowship programs in Hematology.
Board certification in Hematology from a recognized medical board.
Minimum of 5-9 years of progressive experience as a practicing Hematologist.
