Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and cognitive evaluations, to identify complex health issues.
  • Manage and coordinate care for patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring seamless transitions between different healthcare settings.
  • Prescribe and monitor medications, optimizing regimens to minimize adverse effects and improve patient outcomes in the geriatric population.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
  • Hold a valid medical license and be eligible for practice within the specified jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-residency, with a focus on geriatrics and internal medicine.
