Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert diagnostic interpretations of complex laboratory test results, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to guide patient care decisions.
  • Oversee and direct the operation of a clinical laboratory, including quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to optimize test utilization, ensuring appropriate test ordering and interpretation for improved patient outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Laboratory Medicine or Pathology, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
  • Hold board certification in Laboratory Medicine or Pathology from a recognized medical board, showcasing expertise and commitment.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, demonstrating extensive practical knowledge and experience.
