Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert care in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
  • Perform advanced interventional procedures including coronary angiography, angioplasty, stenting, structural heart interventions, and emergency cardiac procedures.
  • Lead the cardiac catheterization lab ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to international standards.
  • Provide 24/7 interventional support for acute cardiac emergencies, including primary PCI and complex cases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (cardiothoracic surgery, radiology, emergency medicine, etc.) to ensure holistic patient management.
  • Mentor, supervise, and guide junior doctors, fellows, and nursing staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance, audit processes, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Engage in academic activities including teaching, training programs, and clinical research.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advances in interventional cardiology and apply evidence-based practices.
  • Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and the highest levels of clinical excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBBS or equivalent, DM / DNB in Cardiology or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
  • Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology (preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years post-specialization experience (preferred for Consultant role)
  • Should have DHA Eligibility letter or License / MOH Evaluation letter
  • Preferred for Immediate Joiners.
