Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose organizational challenges: Analyze organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas needing improvement and propose tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement interventions: Develop and execute OD interventions, such as team-building workshops, leadership development programs, and change management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate group processes: Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and focus groups, fostering collaboration, communication, and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments: Gather data through surveys, interviews, and observations to understand organizational needs and inform the design of effective OD initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, with proven success in implementing and evaluating OD interventions.
  • Experience working across diverse industries, with a strong understanding of different organizational cultures and structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate group processes and lead workshops effectively, creating engaging and productive sessions.
