About the Role: As a Consultant based in Hyderabad, you will partner with clients to understand their business challenges, conduct in-depth analyses, and deliver strategic solutions. You will manage project lifecycles, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and ensure successful implementation of recommendations to drive measurable impact. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and expectations Lead business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis Develop and present clear, data-driven recommendations and proposals to stakeholders Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and budgets Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align project objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress Proactively identify risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies to uphold project quality Required Qualifications: 3-8 years of experience in consulting or a client-facing role Proven client management skills with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder engagement Strong non-technical business analysis capabilities, including requirements elicitation and process improvement Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking Experience in managing projects, including planning, scheduling, and risk management Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification Prior experience in a consulting firm or professional services environment Familiarity with standard methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean Experience using collaboration and project management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA) Exposure to multiple industry domains such as IT, finance, or healthcare
