Role & responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
• Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care
• Perform relevant clinical procedures as required by specialty
• Interpret diagnostic results and prepare detailed reports
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, nurses, and allied health staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, standards, and medical ethics
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Participate in clinical research and publish findings
• Teach and train medical students, residents, and fellows
• Stay updated with advances in medical practice and speciality knowledge
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases
