Roles & Responsibilities

Missions:

  • Provide N2/N3 support for Jira and Confluence (on-premise / Data Center)
  • Administering the platforms (projects, spaces, workflows, permissions)
  • Install, configure and maintain plugins
  • Perform Jira and Confluence upgrades (preparation, testing, execution, rollback)
  • Ensuring the performance, availability, and security of the tools
  • Write the technical documentation and procedures
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform

Comp tences techniques:

  • Advanced administration of Jira and Confluence platforms in on-premise and data center environments
  • My mastery of Linux and MySQL operations
  • Strong ability to analyze logs, diagnose and resolve complex incidents
  • Implementation of automation and personalization scripts via Groovy/ScriptRunner

Desired Candidate Profile

Profil & Exp rience:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Jira and Confluence products ( on-premise/Data Center )
  • Exp rience confirm e en support N2/N3
  • Practical application of Jira and Confluence version updates
