· Assess, diagnose and treats conditions by reviewing patient’s history, physical examination and investigations using evidence based treatment, counselling and referral when necessary

· Performs surgery on the brain and spinal cord to treat disorders or injuries such as tumors, infections, trauma, birth defects, or vascular abnormalities

· Prescribe medications to treat pain and other symptoms pre-operative and post-operative care

· Discuss treatment plans with patients and families to ensure that everyone understands the risks and benefits of the proposed procedure

· Performs diagnostic tests such as MRI scans, CT scans, and EEGs to evaluate neurological problems

· Conducts research to develop new surgical techniques or improve existing ones

· Documents all Patients evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
